Giant sand dunes

It’s Photo Friday! I nearly forgot. So, here you go. The destination: Chile’s Atacama Desert. Although, I did not get to go sand boarding in Chile, I still had the chance to play in the sand. The first thing I did when I got to Valle de la Luna (about nine miles west of San Pedro, where I was staying) was climb atop a mammoth sand dune, sculpt a few sand angels and then run downward at full speed. Whew!
